TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS OF "EL PAJARITO MX"

This document establishes the terms and conditions that regulate the contracting of advertising services on the "El Pajarito Mx" network of screens.

1. Definitions and Parts

• "The Subscriber": Business owner or person who contracts the advertising space.

• "The Administrator": Advertising and media company "El Pajarito Mx".

1. Validity The document comes into force upon its signature until a new one is signed in writing.

2. Advertising Material ("The Subscriber")

• Duration and Format: Videos of 10 to 20 seconds, mp4 format, size 1080 x 1920 (9:16).

• Audio: With audio for digital platforms and without audio for the physical screen network.

• Ethics: Content must comply with the attached code of ethics. The administrator may suggest changes, but the final decision rests with the subscriber.

1. Obligations and Payments of "The Subscriber"

• Delivery: Send the advertising video, technical data sheet and website on time.

• Payment Dates: Make the corresponding payment within the first five calendar days of each month.

• Proof of payment: Send a copy of the bank statement to ventas@elpajarito.mx.

• Costs: Cover the agreed monthly fee, the one-time activation fee and technical support (renewable every 6 months), and additional costs only in case of requiring extraordinary changes to artwork or reels.

1. Obligations and Powers of "The Administrator"

• Activation: Display the videos within a maximum of 24 hours after the signing of the agreement.

• Witnesses and Support: Send transmission witnesses upon request, issue tax invoices, and provide support via email or corporate WhatsApp.

• Suspension: The right to temporarily withdraw the material if the corresponding payment is not made or the receipt is not received.
